Who We Are

Founded in 2022 to be the front-facing investment company for a Family office and Trust, Southwest Pacific Capital Corp focuses its investments primarily in real estate and operating companies that prosper during inflationary environments. 

Our CEO

Jerjen "Jean" Van Allen

Our CEO, Jerjen “Jean” Van Allen, is a seasoned international investor with connections on Wall Street through her affiliation with Belmont Acquisitions. She is a nationally licensed medical assistant who has operated medical home care facilities, as well as being a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent and Realtor with WestUSA Realty. She speaks two languages (English and Tagalog).  

Our Portfolio

The Company owns a diversified portfolio of primarily residential rental properties, as well as undeveloped land in the Philippines and the American Southwest. 


The Company is currently developing its properties in the Philippines, and is looking to add to its portfolio with residential properties, primarily in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA.

Current Criteria

In Arizona:  


  • minimum 2 bedroom, 2 bath properties
  • Located in midtown Phoenix, Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, and north Mesa
  • Price $400,000 or less, depending on condition
  • Currently rented or not
